
Registration Fee Policy
A non-refundable annual registration fee is required at the time of enrollment.
For K–12 students, this fee secures your child’s placement through September 2, 2025.
For Pre-School students, the fee not only reserves your child’s spot through September 2, 2025, but also covers the full cost of curriculum materials.
Important: If tuition is not paid by September 2, 2025, your child’s enrollment will be forfeited and the space will be offered to the next student on the waiting list.
Elementary Registration Fee
A one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $750 is required for all elementary students.

Registration Fee
A one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $750 is charged at registration. This fee includes student setup, standard curriculum, books, technology, spirit shirts, field trips, yearbooks, IXL membership, and ACSI fees.
Graduation Fee

Sports and Club Fees

Available for Elementary, Middle School & High School Robotics programs.
Sports/Athletics:
A flat fee of $400 per child, per sport covers registration, uniforms, referees, gym rental, trophies, and end-of-season awards. These are optional activities.
